No more leveling sigils!

Well it looks like they are taking out levelling sigils, sneaky buggers with the recent 10TP sales.  Those 40 TP per character could have been used elsewhere, but no biggy.

Some big changes to Monks as well, the Dark side seems to be a very DPS orientated build now.  With some free feats at the beginning, will be interesting to see if we get additional AP to spend now.  WE might be reset once the patch goes through
