Cards / My current card sets.
« Last post by Rumbaar on August 24, 2016, 02:19:29 PM »
For me I feel that Skill Cooldown is the most important of the skills to max, with the current max of 50% you need to try and get close to it but don't waste other gear slots on it.

My best card stats-wise, I don't think I could have gotten a better combination of options.

Of course Loki is key in any card list, with 2 important primary stats.  Lucky here not any major wasted options.

Marvel Zombies, once again because of 2 important primary stats.   It's a shame I have 2 wasted skills here, and I'm working on advancing or replacing this one with a better combination

Black Widow because of her decent primary stats, and it's current secondary stats of Skill Cooldown.  Still working on a higher card with Skill Cooldown to replace with.

Punisher is only here for the Skill Cooldown, Defense Penetration is okay.  But I would rather have some better skill boosts, working on a better version or alternate option.

Current stats, with 31.2% Skill Cooldown I can get almost maxed cooldown with some gear slot focus or hero specific traits.  All attack and dodge boosts are good.  But working on a better Drax to possibly replace Punisher

This was my latest result of Drax, and lost out on some better attack boosts unfortunately.   Now to use or use in a combination to fix other Mythical?

Nice consolidated stats, with limited wasted ones.  Which is very hard to do.  I feel Skill Cooldown is the best of the stats to focus on and mine focus on getting that high, I'll post my current cards soon.

Cards / Deadmanwade Cards

Marvel Zombies #2 (rank 4) 5 Star
-  Dodge +8% (very good)
-  Cooldown Time 8% (amazing)
-  Mind Resist +5.1% (waste)
-  All Defense +5.4% (useful)
-  Movement Speed +5.7% (useful
Loki #17 (rank 3) 5 Star
-  All Attack +7.5% (very good)
-  Cooldown Time 7.5% (amazing)
-  Critical Damage +5.1% (very good)
-  Energy Defense +5.7% (ok, I guess)
-  5% chance when crit, Physical Attack 20% up for 15sec (ok, limited usefulness)
Black Widow #20 (rank 2) 5 star
-  All Defense +7% (useful)
-  Max HP +7% (useful)
-  Critical Damage +5.1% (very good)
-  Recovery Rate +5.4% (very useful)
-  Defense Penetration +5.7% (useful)
Civil War (2006) #4 (Rank4) 5 star
-  All Attack +8% (very good)
-  Physical Defense +8% (decent)
-  Cold Resist +5.1% (waste)
-  Cooldown Time +5.4% (amazing)
-  Energy Defense +5.7% (decent)
S.H.I.E.L.D.(2014) #8 (rank 2) 6 star
-  Posion Resist +8%(waste)
-  Dodge +8%(very good)
-  Max Hp +5.1% (decent)
-  Crowd Control Time 5.4% (decent)
-  Physical Defense 5.7% (decent)
-  Critical Rate +6% (very good)

Totals:

Crit Rate:  +6% (could be better)
Critical Damage +10.2% (decent)
All Attack +15.5% (very good)
Defense Penetration +5.7% (decent, although there is some argument over how good it is)
Movement Speed +5.7% (decent)
Cooldown Time 20.9% (very good, still pretty far away from cap of 50% so smart raccoon is still useful iso set for me, I do want it to be better though)
Crowd Control Time +5.4% (is alright, probably more useful than I think, but I dont notice it)
Dodge +16% (helps several characters approach dodge cap so useful, but actually hurts Sharon Rogers)
All Defense +12.4% (very useful cant complain)
Max HP +12.1% (very useful, more Hp is never bad)
Physical Defense +13.7% (coupled with all defense is pretty good)
Energy Defense +11.4% (coupled with all defense is pretty good)
Recovery Rate +5.4% (would like this higher since so many characters rely on recovery rate)
Cold Resist +5.1% (waste of space)
Poison Resist +8% (slightly more useful than cold due to its use in missions, but overall a waste)
Mind Resist +5.1% (meh)

Overall I think my card stats are pretty decent, with only 3 things that are a waste.  with these cards and my characters I am able to compete at a moderately high level.

Okay I've created some child boards to better organize them.  We'll see how it goes.

Will be great to have a shared resource for ideal team and hero combinations and settings.

Its your site sir, you design how you want, I just like things very orderly and threads can get very long and cumbersome to follow.

Sure can setup some of those, though some of those can be served as threads within general sections?

Hey, i was wondering if we could get some extra options for posting stuff here.  Ideally what I would like is a place where we can discuss our cards(what we have, what we should have, both individually and as a set), our characters(levels, iso sets, gear load out, strategy to use, teams, etc), our World Boss teams (with times and strategy), our dimension rift info (with times), Alliance battle (teams and strategy) our miscellaneous(shield lab, anything else we feel like discussing) and perhaps a bio section about how long we have been playing, VIP level, etc)

So what do we think, did I cover everything?

Hey Crowe!  Long time no see!  Great to hear your life has been going good, congrats on the house and marriage and kid!

You know, MxO was the first MMO I ever played and as limited as it was in retrospect, I still have a huge soft spot for it and I was always more drawn to the continuation of the storylines and the deeper philosophical aspects of it that you really don't seem to get in a lot of other games.  That and the people, it was the OS that really kept me in that game for as long as I did because everyone was just so freakin awesome and fun.  We had a pretty good thing going there for a long time :)  I just went back and looked through all the old pictures in the Photo Album on the old OS Matrix site and yea, *sigh*  So may good memories back in there :)

I posted this on the old MxO OS forums but it probably has a better chance of being seen here, so I'll just paste it here too  :)

I still pop in occasionally for old times sake.   ;)

Glad to hear things are doing well for you Rei. Life's going pretty good here too, lets see since MxO I've gotten married, bought & rehabbed a house which we're now living in, had a son who's almost 1 year and a half old now as well as moving up into an office sales position at work. (was working in the field as an HVAC repairman)

After MxO I tried WoW, but could never fully get into it, but have been playing Star Wars: The Old Republic for about 6 months now & am really enjoying it. If you ever want to get back into gaming give it a try(or if anyone already playing see's this let me know, I'd love to catch up & do some gaming with you guys) . It's got it's flaws, but after playing some other games I'm actually amazed we stayed in MxO as long as we did, given it really had no end game content to speak of at all.

Anyway just saw your post so I thought I'd check in  :)

Miss you guys,

ScareCrowe
