L16 area of the Harbour.

I just remember the section near Durks got a Secret that was only accessable via a Level 16 character. So took a look in there, not sure if it's paid content but there are a few L17+ quests in there.

Also a travel point that doesn't seem to work for some reason, to take so a possible isle?  Might have to do an opening quest to gain access.  But it can be an area missed by new L16+ characters.

I was actually thinking of the Inspired Quarter today. I'll have to take Grax in there and check it out, now that he has made 16.
