From what i can tell if you have an old account you just use all those same login details, if you add it with the product key you can get the founder status so you dont have to buy something for the extra couple slots and what not. I believe if you have the old details you may not even need to add the product key as it should still be entered and valid on your old account, not sure if you have those details handy but!

i can get into my old account, that's no problem, i just can't add a DDO account to it.  i have no product key, don't know where i'd get one.  sent that email off to account services 2 days ago.  haven't heard a thing.

finally got my code.  downloading now.

ok, i'm in, a crowd control sorcerer named Fernas (big surprise)  i put the names in the recruitmment thread on my friends list.  none of you were on....  i think you're all avoiding me...
